- Synchrony account number
- Last 4 digits of your Social Security number
- Your date of birth
Steps

Open the registration page
Go to synchrony.com and choose Register. Or open the MySynchrony app and tap Register on the sign-in screen.

Look up your account
Enter your account number, last 4 of your SSN, and date of birth. Click Continue.

Confirm your account
Check the account shown is yours and click Continue. If you have more than one Synchrony card, you can add them now.

Create your profile
Make a username and password, set three security questions, and add your email. You can also choose paperless statements. Agree to the terms and click Continue.

Done
You see a confirmation message. Click Go to My Account.
