# How to Register Your Synchrony Account Online (2026)

> Create your Synchrony online account after activation to pay bills, view statements, and track activity. Simple 2026 steps.

After you activate your card, register online to pay bills, see statements, and track spending.

> The screens below are example illustrations. Store cards are registered on the store card's own login page.

## What you need

* Synchrony account number
* Last 4 digits of your Social Security number
* Your date of birth

## Steps

**1. Open the registration page**

Go to **synchrony.com** and choose **Register**. Or open the **MySynchrony** app and tap **Register** on the sign-in screen.

**2. Look up your account**

Enter your account number, last 4 of your SSN, and date of birth. Click **Continue**.

**3. Confirm your account**

Check the account shown is yours and click **Continue**. If you have more than one Synchrony card, you can add them now.

**4. Create your profile**

Make a username and password, set three security questions, and add your email. You can also choose paperless statements. Agree to the terms and click **Continue**.

**5. Done**

You see a confirmation message. Click **Go to My Account**.
