# 5 Things to Do After You Activate Your Synchrony Card

Your card is active. Now do these 5 quick things.

**1. Sign the back of your card**

It takes 5 seconds and helps stores confirm the card is yours.

**2. Register your online account**

**3. Turn on alerts**

Set up text or email alerts after you sign in, so you notice purchases and due dates.

**4. Set up payments**

Schedule a payment or autopay so you never miss a due date.

**5. Save the phone number**

Save the number from the back of your card in your phone. You'll need it if your card is lost.
